Pointe Coupéean and lifelong resident of
False River Drive, New Roads.
He is a graduate of False River Academy
and Louisian State University.
Former editor of the Pointe Coupée Banner,
he has authored 17 books and numerous
feature articles and newspaper columns
since 1987, is a public speaker and
has been a resource and participant in
various documentaries on Louisiana history,
culture and religion, and the Creole dialect.
